2012 – 2018 & 2020
With the dynamics of the fast fashion industry and our Human Resources Policy, we provide our employees with the opportunity for rapid advancement and success. We continue to grow steadily and rapidly with new investments in Turkey and abroad. Aligning our operational model with our strategic priorities, we undergo a comprehensive transformation in everything from business processes to system infrastructure, competencies to leadership models, organizational structure to culture, preparing for the future in line with our global goals. This transformation and dynamism not only offer continuous learning and development opportunities for our employees but also bring along global job prospects and numerous career opportunities. Embracing diversity throughout the organization, drawing strength from differences, and ensuring the participation of employees in all processes are among our priorities.
For thirty-five years, while producing women’s fashion, we continuously work to understand women, their expectations, attitudes, and behaviors to create designs in which they feel better. We believe in the necessity of developing consistent policies for issues vital to everyone, such as women’s access to health and education, equal rights for all individuals in politics, the workforce, and social participation, and the steadfast implementation of these policies.
Today, we take pride in our workforce, with a female employment rate of 72% and a female managerial rate of 54%.
